About Us
Mesa is a woman/minority-owned full service multi-discipline engineering, procurement, and construction management firm specializing in providing engineering services to electric utility, heavy industrial, and government clients. Mesa offers one of the most experienced and capable teams available for conducting engineering studies, analyzing systems, preparing designs, specifications, schedules, and cost estimates for a wide range of projects.
Personal Information
LogicLync collects and uses location information while the app is in use, but does not collect or use other personal information, including personally identifiable information (PII).
Although Mesa only collects location information, in order to comply with online marketplace requirements, if in the future there is a business need for Mesa to process, store, or transmit additional PII, Mesa declares as follows:
- Mesa shall comply with any regulations, guidelines and contractual requirements concerning the use of personally identifiable information as per the Fair Information Practice Principles (FIPPS).
- Mesa shall undertake all the necessary due care and due diligence in ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, availability, security, and privacy of all customers' PII.
- Mesa will promptly work with all customers to mitigate any breach, unauthorized access to customers' PII and report to customers according to the FIPPS regulation.
Additional Notes Regarding Handling of Personal Information
- Mesa will not provide personal information acquired from customers to a third party unless required by applicable laws and regulations or unless the consent of the relevant individual has been obtained.
- Mesa will not outsource the handling of personal information to another company.
- Mesa may use cookies for convenient use of mobile content; however, Mesa does not connect cookie information to the relevant personal information.
- Any inquiries or complaints concerning personal information related to notification of the purpose of use, disclosure, modification, addition or deletion, discontinuation of use, erasure, or discontinuation of provision to a third party, should be directed to EmergingMarkets@mesainc.com.
Policy on Minors
The services provided by the LogicLync app do not intentionally target anyone under the age of 18. Mesa does not knowingly collect personal information from minors under the age of 18. If Mesa discovers that a minor under 18 has provided personal information, Mesa will immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we can take necessary actions.
Permissions Used in App
- Network access and internet permissions are used to synchronize the data with the cloud.
- Camera permissions are used to capture images and videos.
- Storage permissions are used to store and read files from the phone's memory.
- Location Services has been used to retrieve the location from where the data has been fed into the app.
